We are Patty Powell of ' Synama' and Betty Mitchell of 'Wintersweet', owners and
breeders of Siberian Huskies and members of the Siberian Husky
Club of America (S.H.C.A.) and the Central North Carolina
Siberian Husky Club (C.N.C.S.H.C). We are the proud owners and/or breeders of the beautiful
Siberian Huskies you see featured on this web site.
We presently live with a small number of dogs at our homes. They are our
companions and dogs that we enjoy showing. We plan our litters
wisely and breed for quality and not quantity. We seldom breed
unless we will be keeping something from the litter to show.
Betty started in the 70's with Siberian huskies. She purchased Innisfree's Darby
from the Kanzlers and here began the basis of the lines of dogs
that we have. Darby completed her championship and was bred to
Ch. Innisfree's Torch O 'Tamerlane. Having grown up showing
horses, Patty received her first Siberian in the mid 80's.
Building a breeding program together that is sound in movement, heredity
and temperament, we will protect this wonderful breed. Our pets
are placed on spay/neuter contracts or limited registration. All
of our show quality dogs have eye and hip certification and we
actively support the rescue programs in N.C. We will gladly
answer any questions that you might have about our dogs.
Betty shares her home with her husband Harry, two sons Will and Jon and a
daughter Britt. Patty shares her home with her husband Bill, two
daughters, Brooke and Casey, and a son, Tyler and of
course those four-legged friends. |
